Job summary

Crusoe Energy seeks a Regional Manager, Project Controls to provide leadership across multiple large-scale construction projects and drive cost, schedule, and governance excellence. You will lead a team of cost professionals, partner with onsite vendors, and deliver data-driven insights to senior leadership and Crusoe clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, construction management, quantity surveying, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in project controls and construction cost management.
• Experience leading area- or program-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide area-level leadership across multiple construction projects, aligned to budgets and schedules.
• Drive standardization and best practices across cost management, scheduling, and reporting.
• Lead and develop cost managers handling monthly cost reporting, cash flow forecasting, and change/risk management.
• Assess cost and schedule health across programs, identifying risks and opportunities early.
• Deliver clear, actionable financial and schedule insights to senior leadership and clients.
• Manage onsite vendors delivering cost and scheduling services.
• Support program governance with accurate, timely reporting.
