Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Project Controls Manager to own the cost and schedule integrity of Engineered to Order programs. You will establish baselines, cost codes, and forecasting tooling, enabling credible PMO reporting and informed decision‑making across multiple manufacturing sectors.

You will drive the estimate-to-baseline handoff, validate awarded scope and margins, and partner with PMs to keep numbers current. This is a full-time on-site role supporting scalable energy‑infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 6+ years in project controls, cost engineering or manufacturing finance.
• Experience with cost baselines, EV or similar progress measurement, and EAC forecasting.
• Ability to audit and validate scope, hours, material costs and margins before start.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain PMO-wide standards for cost and schedule baselining.
• Define cross-sector baselines, change control, and governance processes.
• Own cost-to-complete and estimate-at-completion tooling for project managers.
• Lead monthly economics reviews and challenge assumptions to drive accuracy.
• Own SOPs, tooling, and reporting templates used by PMs.
• Develop data layer and dashboards under the sector executive dashboards.
