Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join the Project Execution team. You will own end-to-end delivery of a power-generation project within a larger program, guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring on-time, on-scope, and on-budget outcomes.

You’ll lead a two-person core team and collaborate with engineering, operations, and technology to execute siting, construction, commissioning, and turnover while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of demonstrable project management experience on large-scale projects (> $100MM).
• Experience in power generation and industrial environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of an individual power project within a program, from initiation to closeout.
• Direct scheduling and controls through the commercial lead, establish KPIs and review performance.
• Lead the project delivery team and develop leads and teams for long-term capability.
• Direct design, specification, and engineering with focus on constructibility and safety compliance.
• Oversee field construction, commissioning, and turnover to operations.
• Set procurement and contracting strategy and manage commercial outcomes.
