Job summary

ADL is seeking an Assistant Regional Director in Las Vegas, NV to support program implementation across the Desert Region, coordinate incidents, and advance regional priorities. The role partners with the Regional Director and staff, building community relationships and ensuring effective execution.

Responsibilities include outreach, communications, events, and cross-functional collaboration. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; a hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Several years of community outreach and program/operational management experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist in the implementation of programs and priorities.
• Serve as primary contact for incident intake and response.
• Support marketing and communications efforts and outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations and officials.
• Represent ADL at meetings and events.
• Maintain knowledge of ADL programs and policies to respond to inquiries.
• Provide staff support to Regional Board committees and task forces.
• Coordinate conferences, trainings, board meetings, and events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance priorities.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative needs.
• Support budgeting and financial processes as needed.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends; some regional travel.
