Job summary

ADL in Seattle seeks a Regional Director to lead the Pacific Northwest region, overseeing program delivery, leadership development, communications, government relations, fundraising, and office management in alignment with ADL's mission.

Based in Seattle with a regional footprint across WA, OR, AK, MT and ID, the role demands strategic vision, strong relationship building, and the ability to mobilize volunteers and partners; evening/weekend events and travel are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Must excel at building relationships and coalitions across lines of difference and convening diverse groups of partners towards aligned goals.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills including strong public speaking and writing.
• Demonstrated experience translating vision and strategies into action.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional community leadership and represent ADL in the community, with elected officials, media, and law enforcement.
• Direct public affairs, media relations, and fundraising activities to advance ADL priorities in the Pacific Northwest.
• Oversee government affairs, volunteer leadership, and regional operations staff.
• Coordinate vision and strategic direction for Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Montana and Idaho.
• Direct program delivery, policy, conferences, and legislative networking tailored to local needs.
