Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in developmental disabilities or related field, plus two years supervisory experience or four years field experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with budgeting, payroll procedures, and record-keeping.
• Willingness to travel within the state as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and supervision of coordinators, AAs and DSPs in the district/region, including recruitment, hiring, training, and payroll/compensation.
• Ensure programs meet expectations of RISe corporate and state policies and funding requirements.
• Maintain necessary records, logs, and other documentation as required by RISe and the state.
• Demonstrate competency in financial and budgetary issues and payroll procedures; assist clients with personal money when necessary.
• As a supervisor, ensure program staff perform essential functions and align with RISe mission and values.
