Job summary

Rise Services Inc. in Utah seeks an experienced manager to direct programs across districts. You will supervise coordinators, AAs, and DSPs, recruit and train staff, manage payroll within budgets, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

You’ll coordinate with case managers, communicate with families and state personnel, travel within the state, attend meetings, and promote the Rise mission, vision and values through strong leadership and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in developmental disabilities or related field with 2 years supervisory experience or 4 years in the field.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and travel within Utah.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and supervision of coordinators, AAs and DSPs in the district/region.
• Ensure programs meet the expectations of funding agencies and corporate/state policies.
• Maintain records, logs and documentation; monitor budgets and payroll procedures.
