Job summary

RISE Services, a nonprofit organization in Saint George, Utah, is seeking a full-time Coordinator to support adults with developmental disabilities or mental health needs. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or supervisory experience preferred.
Person-centered philosophy, dedicated to quality supports for individuals, motivated, honest, dependable and flexible.
Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to problem solve and work independently as well as in a team.
Knowledge of developmental disabilities/mental health needs preferred.
Must have a valid I.D. and pass a background screening.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operation and quality assurance of program.
Collaborate with team to strategize, create, and implement plans addressing individual needs.
Supervise, schedule, train, and work direct care hours with Direct Support Professionals.
Prepare and monitor budgets; coordinate with state agencies.
Schedule and ensure completion of activities and skill development goals; assist with social activities.
Position includes being on-call.
