Job summary

Rise Family in Orem, UT seeks a skilled leader to direct and manage programs in the designated district, aligning with the RISE mission, vision, and values while complying with all regulations.

You will supervise coordinators and staff, recruit and train personnel, manage payroll and budgets, maintain accurate records, and ensure services meet funding requirements. Strong communication with case managers, families, and state partners is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the field of developmental disabilities or related field, plus two years supervisory experience in the field or four years experience in the field.
• Verbal and written communication skills adequate to the task required.
• Familiarity with medical and psychological terminology, teaching principles, human behavior or psychology useful.
• If driving a Rise vehicle, must be 21+ and meet insurance requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and travel within state as needed.
• Work effectively with a team of professional staff to coordinate interventions and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and supervision of coordinators, AAs and DSPs in the district/region, including recruitment, hiring, training, discipline, payroll/compensation.
• Ensure programs meet expectations of Rise corporate and state policies and funding agencies.
• Maintain necessary records, logs, and other documentation as required by Rise and the state.
• Demonstrate competency in financial and budgetary issues, including staying within budgets and payroll procedures.
• As a supervisor, ensure coordinators and managers perform essential functions and support clients per Rise mission and values.
