Job summary

Rise Services Inc. is a nonprofit human services organization seeking a full-time Coordinator to support adults with developmental disabilities or mental health needs.

You will oversee daily program operations and quality assurance, and collaborate with staff to design plans that address individual goals. Responsibilities include supervising and training Direct Support Professionals, budget preparation, coordinating with state agencies, and scheduling activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or comparable supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to problem solve and work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and quality assurance of program.
• Strategize, create, and implement plans addressing individuals’ needs.
• Supervise, schedule, train, and work with Direct Support Professionals.
• Prepare and monitor budgets; coordinate with state agencies.
• Schedule activities and skill development; assist with social/community activities.
• On-call responsibilities are part of the role.
