Job summary

The American Red Cross seeks a Regional Program Specialist - Reserve to support Services to the Armed Forces and International Services. You will deploy on a six-month overseas assignment with training and mandatory security clearances, living on a military installation and managing program delivery across SAF/IS.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in program management, plus strong communication, computer, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or public administration or related field.
• Minimum of five years' related program management experience.
• Experience with American Red Cross programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate emergency communications for military members and families.
• Coordinate follow-up services and ensure documentation.
• Maintain rosters, unit contacts, and case logs.
• Support contingency operations during high-volume events.
