Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a highly adaptable Regional Program Specialist - Reserve to support SAF and IS programs and deployments to overseas U.S. military installations.

You will manage emergency communication casework, supervision of volunteers, and program delivery across multiple sites in dynamic environments. Expect to deploy for 6 months with remote training and in-person sessions; the role requires strict medical and security clearances and the ability to live on military bases in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, human resources management, community organization, social or health sciences, or related field is required; or related equivalent experience.
• A minimum of five years related experience in program management or related field is required.
• Must have a current, valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Emergency Communication messages and related support services to military members and families.
• Coordinate and conduct follow-up services; ensure activities are logged and documented.
• Maintain rosters, unit contacts, and case logs per mission guidelines; support contingency operations.
