The South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles (SCDMV) seeks a Regional Manager to lead operations across a Branch Services Region, traveling statewide as required. The role focuses on policy adherence, staff guidance, and service excellence to customers and stakeholders.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and program management experience, plus strong communication and organizational skills for a fast-paced government environment. The position reports to the Branch Services Officer.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and relevant program management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and communicate effectively.
• Experience in leading teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Assess branch office, contact center, mobile, and web email operations and provide guidance on policies.
• Identify training needs and coordinate with Examiner Training Unit.
• Resolve customer service, technology, and administrative issues, fostering collaboration.
• Process SuccessFactors, expense claims, regional award nominations, and shopping carts.
• Research new technologies and coordinate with external agencies to improve service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
