The State of South Carolina's DMV is hiring a Regional Manager to lead operations across multiple branches and support services. You will mentor teams, ensure policy adherence, and drive process improvements while coordinating training and cross-functional initiatives.

Travel within the Branch Services Region and across the state is required. A bachelor’s degree and management experience are essential, with a nationwide background check and SC driver's license.

Formación

• A bachelor's degree and relevant program management experience.
• Equivalent education and experience may be accepted with prior approval.
• Must complete a nationwide criminal background check including fingerprinting.
• Must possess a valid South Carolina driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Assess branch office, contact center, mobile, and web email operations and guide management teams.
• Identify training curriculum and coordinate with Examiner Training Unit and Organizational Change & Alignment.
• Resolve customer service, technology, compliance, and administrative issues across directorates.
• Process SuccessFactors, expense claims, regional award nominations, and approve shopping carts.
• Travel statewide to regions and DMV Headquarters as needed; participate in facilities planning.
