Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States seeks a seasoned Regional Program Leader to govern gating, run the regional operations backbone, and deliver KPI-aligned performance. You will lead the regional implementation of the technology stack and act as platform administrator for digital tools.

This role requires 10+ years in data center design or construction, strong leadership across the Americas, and a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment to drive on-time,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
10+ years of data center design or construction experience.
Proven leadership in large-scale project delivery.
Experience with risk management and digital transformation.
Strong proficiency with project and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Own governance of regional gating process and gate reviews.
Run regional operational backbone: budgeting, resourcing, cadence.
Own regional performance reporting and KPI management.
Lead regional implementation of technology stack and system setups.
Act as regional platform administrator for digital tools and automation.
Coordinate cross-functional engagement with processes, dependencies, interfaces.
Own regional program-delivery disciplines, including schedule governance and risk management.
Own commercial governance and delivery frameworks.
Design and implement regional risk-management frameworks.
Own regional data structures, analytics, automation, and data strategies.
Own business review cycle for contractors, consultants, and vendors.
Own onboarding, offboarding, and training processes.
Own regional benchmarking and market intelligence for global teams.
