Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is seeking a full-time Program Coordinator for the In-Home Adult program in Virgina, MN. You will manage daily operations, lead staff, and develop person-centered plans to help people with disabilities live more independent lives.

This role includes travel across three RSI regions, 80% administrative work and 20% direct support, and a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional evenings or weekends. RSI offers comprehensive benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in human services, education, or health-related field.
• Direct care experience with people with disabilities or older adults.
• Ability to pass background and driving record checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the home.
• Develop and facilitate person-centered plans.
• Provide leadership, training and supervision of staff.
• Assure adequate staffing within budget guidelines.
• Perform program scheduling, payroll, and office functions.
• Develop outcomes/learning objectives.
• Report on individual progress.
• Ensure compliance with licensing rules and regulations.
• Communicate with support team members.
• Provide direct support for personal care, behavioral supports, and community activities.
