Job summary

Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is seeking a full-time Program Coordinator for our In-Home Adult program in North Branch, MN and surrounding cities. You will provide leadership and supervision for the home, developing person-centered plans to help clients achieve their goals.

The role blends administrative duties with direct support, requires monthly travel, mileage or a company vehicle, and offers benefits including health insurance, a 403(b) retirement plan, PTO, tuition assistance, and more.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
• Education related to human services, education, or health.
• Work experience in direct care or education for vulnerable adults or children.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the home operations across three RSI regions.
• Develop and facilitate person-centered plans for individuals supported.
• Provide staff development, training and scheduling within budget.
• Ensure compliance with licensing rules and communicate with the support team.
• Perform direct support tasks as needed (care, activities, community involvement).
