Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) seeks a full-time Program Coordinator 2 for its In-Home Adult program in Duluth, MN and surrounding cities.

The role combines leadership of home operations with direct, person-centered support, traveling monthly across three RSI regions to provide oversight. The position requires coordinating staff, ensuring licensing compliance, and delivering outcomes while supporting individuals toward independent living.

Qualifications

• Education must be related to human services, education, or health.
• Work experience includes full-time direct care or equivalent experience with vulnerable adults or children.
• Options for degrees/combined experience accepted as valid pathways to qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the home.
• Develop and facilitate person-centered plans.
• Provide leadership, training and supervision of staff.
• Assure staffing within budget.
• Handle payroll and office functions.
• Develop outcomes/learning objectives and report progress.
• Ensure compliance with licensing rules and regulations.
• Communicate with support team.
• Perform direct support functions as needed.
