Residential Services, Inc. in Duluth, MN is seeking a full-time Program Coordinator 2 for the In-Home Adult program. You will lead home operations, develop person-centered plans, and supervise staff to help people with disabilities live independent lives.

The role requires travel across three RSI regions, Monday–Friday 8:00–4:00 with some even­ing/weekend hours as needed. Valid driver’s license, and benefits include insurance, retirement, PTO, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Education related to human services, education or health.
• Experience in direct care services for disabilities or elderly.
• Ability to pass background and driving record checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision for the home.
• Develop and facilitate person-centered plans.
• Lead staff training and supervision within budget.
• Schedule programs, payroll and office tasks.
• Develop outcomes and learning objectives.
• Report on individual progress and compliance with licensing.
• Coordinate with support team and community activities.
• Perform direct support tasks as needed.
