Job summary

Ammega is seeking a Regional Production Manager to oversee a production operation with potential to manage multiple shops. You will ensure safety compliance, meet service and efficiency goals, and interact with regional managers, outside sales, production, and office staff.

The role often includes duties of the production manager for one or more facilities. You will drive continuous improvement, coach production leads, and report metrics regularly.

Responsibilities

• Regional Production Management across assigned facilities.
• Assist VP of Operations in safety, service, and productivity goals.
• Lead improvement projects and implement controls for sustained results.
• Supervise production leads and coach on leadership and discipline.
• Monitor dashboards and balance capacity to meet delivery dates.
• Ensure proper inventory control, housekeeping, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service to support customers.
• Oversee training, time balancing for hourly staff, and performance reviews.
