Job summary

Signature Exteriors is seeking a Regional Production Manager to oversee production operations across multiple locations in the assigned region. You will ensure quality, meet production targets, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with company objectives.

You will lead production managers and teams, monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and sales to align schedules with demand. Travel within the region is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in production or operations leadership, multi-site preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction industry and quality systems.
• Proven ability to hit production targets while upholding safety.
• Excellent communication and team development skills.
