The role focuses on strategic business growth in a primarily non-OEM market segment, requiring reverse engineering, product and process expertise, and sourcing of services and parts.

This position includes technical and sales leadership, analyzing market position, and employing innovation and optimization across all business facets.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute key account plans annually.
2. Contribute to regional and global Product Team strategies.
3. Oversee product selection based on application needs.
4. Drive R&D initiatives and new product implementation with the R&D engineering team.
5. Maintain and update process and maintenance data.
6. Participate in service work and system optimization.
7. Create marketing and promotion plans, develop materials, and coordinate with sales and product management teams.
8. Evaluate and adjust marketing strategies regularly.
9. Manage customer relationships and identify training needs.
10. Enhance personal skills across all aspects of the product line.

Active membership in regional and global Product Teams to provide feedback and ideas for product development.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
• Strongly desired: Pulp and Paper Industry process experience.
• Experience in procurement, management of contracts, negotiations, and claims.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.

Willingness to travel up to 50-60% as needed.
