Responsibilities

• Support the development of a cohesive regional product strategy/roadmap based on competitive and customer analyses in coordination with Global Product Management.
• Develop and lead product education processes and tools, customer proposals/presentations to improve the customer buying experience.
• Support and educate sales teams on product development.
• Execute the Palfinger “Voice of the Customer” process.
• Scope and represent customer requirements, market potential, and competitive product pricing plans.
• Develop and coordinate product launch plans.
• Use a fact-based approach to develop forecasts of customer demand.
• Partner with Marketing to develop promotional content and marketing messages.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in commercial truck or heavy equipment product management.
• Associate degree in business or related field.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic equipment is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to influence others and achieve results.
• Passion for learning, intercultural awareness, and a can-do attitude.
