Supreme Service Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee franchisee-run kiosk operations across an assigned region in the United States. You will guide sales, distribution, and operations while ensuring brand standards and regional profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and effective collaboration with franchisees, host locations, and supply chain teams to drive growth and efficiency in the cut produce sector.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certification upon joining or within an agreed timeframe after hiring.

• Oversee operations, sales, and distribution across franchisee-run kiosks in the region.
• Ensure franchisees meet brand standards and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with franchisees, host locations, sales teams, and supply chain personnel.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance evaluations for regional roles.
• Drive regional sales through strategy and operational excellence.
