You will partner with site leadership, operations, and engineering to optimize supplier performance, run RFx events, and negotiate complex contracts that meet safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic sourcing and category management.
• Proven ability to manage large spend and CAPEX/MRO.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong data-driven decision making with SAP and Excel.
• Experience negotiating complex contracts.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional sourcing strategies and lead RFx events.
• Manage CAPEX, MRO, and operational spend.
• Identify and reduce total cost of ownership while maintaining safety and quality.
• Engage with site leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Negotiate complex contracts and improve contract compliance.
• Use SAP and Excel for spend analysis and market intelligence.
