Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an Indirect Category Manager to lead procurement across CAPEX, energy, staffing, equipment rentals, and MRO. This role focuses on value, cost optimization, and supplier partnerships across multiple sites, with a hybrid work model.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in Capex sourcing in manufacturing or industrial environments, plus strong negotiation, spend analysis and ERP experience to drive strategic sourcing outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, finance, or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of Capex sourcing experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Experience in energy (utilities/fuel) or staffing/contingent labor.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract management skills.
• Experience with procurement systems and ERP platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities for indirect categories including Energy, Staffing, and Equipment rentals/purchases.
• Lead supplier negotiations and manage complex, multi-year relationships.
• Collaborate with global supply chain, plant operations, engineering, and leaders to align strategies.
• Drive cost savings, TCO optimization, and supplier risk mitigation.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, service levels, and performance.
• Identify and onboard suppliers; manage RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Facilities, and Maintenance to align sourcing needs.
• Analyze spend data and market trends to identify savings opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and risk management.
• Support budgeting and forecasting for indirect spend categories.
