Regal Rexnord seeks an experienced Indirect Category Manager to lead procurement and supplier management across CAPEX, Energy, Staffing, and MRO spend. You will drive value, cost optimization, and efficiency in multi-site industrial environments by partnering with operations, engineering, and finance to deliver strategic sourcing outcomes.

The role emphasizes end-to-end sourcing, supplier negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve favorable TCO and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–10 years in Capex sourcing.
• Experience in energy, staffing or related indirect spend categories.
• Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing for indirect categories (CAPEX, Energy, Staffing).
• Manage supplier negotiations and multi-year relationships.
• Partner with global supply chain, operations and finance teams.
• Drive cost savings, TCO optimization, and supplier risk mitigation.
• Develop sourcing strategies balancing cost, quality, and service levels.
• Lead RFPs/RFQs and contract negotiations with qualified suppliers.
• Analyze spend data and market trends to identify savings opportunities.
