Regal Rexnord is seeking an experienced Indirect Category Manager to lead procurement and supplier management across CAPEX, Energy, Staffing, Equipment Rentals, and MRO. The role requires strong sourcing expertise in industrial environments and collaboration with global teams to drive value and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5–10 years of experience in Capex sourcing within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience sourcing in energy, staffing/contingent labor, or related categories.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract management skills.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or multi-site settings.
• Ability to analyze spend data and translate insights into sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing for indirect categories (Energy, Staffing, Equipment, CAPEX/MRO).
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Facilities, and Maintenance for aligned strategies.
• Drive cost savings, TCO optimization, and supplier risk mitigation.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and service.
• Identify and onboard suppliers, manage RFPs/RFQs and contract negotiations.
• Monitor supplier performance with metrics and continuous improvement.
