Job summary

Apex Service Partners is seeking a Regional Procurement Operations Manager to support the growing Midwest Region across multiple home service brands. This highly visible role partners with regional and local leadership to drive procurement excellence, strengthen supplier partnerships, and improve inventory and warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in procurement, supply chain, purchasing, operations, or related field.
• Proven ability to negotiate supplier agreements and deliver cost improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Experience in a decentralized, multi-location environment.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with purchasing/ERP procurement systems (ServiceTitan and/or Coupa a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a region-wide procurement and operations team.
• Translate national initiatives into regional strategies and actionable plans.
• Support onboarding for newly acquired businesses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve procurement processes and performance.
• Establish best practices for field operations, inventory, and warehouse efficiency.
• Negotiate pricing, rebates, and supplier contracts to deliver savings.
• Monitor spend trends and supplier performance to identify improvements.
• Partner with Accounting and Finance to track rebates and procurement metrics.
