Job summary

Apex Service Partners seeks a Regional Procurement Operations Manager to lead procurement and operations across the Midwest region. You will develop regional strategies, manage a procurement team, and collaborate with leadership to drive efficiency and long-term growth.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in procurement or supply chain, strong negotiation skills, and experience with ERP platforms, ServiceTitan/Coupa is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in procurement, supply chain, or related fields.
• Proven ability to negotiate supplier agreements and deliver cost improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Experience in a decentralized, multi-location environment.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency with purchasing, ERP, or procurement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team focused on procurement and operational support across the Midwest Region.
• Translate national initiatives into regional strategies and actionable plans.
• Support integration planning and onboarding for newly acquired businesses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve procurement processes and performance.
• Establish best practices for field operations, inventory management, and warehouse efficiency.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive cost-saving opportunities across the region.
• Partner with Accounting to track rebates and procurement performance.
• Support procurement technology adoption and reporting tools.
