Qualifications

• 3+ years in procurement, supply chain, purchasing, operations, or related field.
• Proven ability to negotiate supplier agreements and deliver cost improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Experience in a decentralized, multi-location environment.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with purchasing/ERP procurement systems (ServiceTitan and/or Coupa a plus).

Apex Service Partners is seeking a Regional Procurement Operations Manager to support our growing Midwest Region.This highly visible role partners with regional and local leadership to drive procurement excellence, strengthen supplier partnerships, improve inventory and warehouse operations, and support operational initiatives across a portfolio of leading home service brands. The Regional Procurement Operations Manager serves as a trusted advisor to Market Area Presidents, General Managers, and support teams throughout the region. This individual will identify cost‑saving opportunities, improve operational efficiency, support business growth, and help implement scalable procurement and operational processes that drive long‑term performance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a team focused on procurement and operational support across the Midwest Region.
• Translate national initiatives into regional strategies and actionable plans for local operating companies.
• Support integration planning and onboarding efforts for newly acquired businesses.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve procurement processes, operational consistency, and business performance.
• Establish best practices that support field operations, inventory management, and warehouse efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key regional and national suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing agreements, rebate programs, and supplier contracts that deliver measurable savings.
• Identify opportunities to consolidate spend and increase utilization of strategic supplier partnerships.
• Monitor spending trends, supplier performance, and cost metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with Accounting and Finance teams to ensure accurate tracking of rebates, vendor programs, and procurement performance.
• Support adoption of approved supplier programs and purchasing standards across the region.

Support Operational Excellence

• Partner closely with Market Area Presidents, General Managers, and operational leaders across the Midwest.
• Develop a deep understanding of local business needs and serve as a resource for procurement and operational best practices.
• Support inventory management initiatives designed to improve visibility, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
• Assist with the implementation of procurement technology, reporting tools, and process improvements.
• Create and deliver training, documentation, and standard operating procedures related to procurement and inventory practices.
• Collaborate with regional leadership on operational initiatives that drive productivity, readiness, and long‑term growth.

What We’re Looking For:

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, purchasing, operations, vendor management, or a related field.
• Proven success negotiating supplier agreements and delivering measurable cost improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable decisions.
• Experience working in a decentralized, multi‑location environment.
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency with purchasing, ERP, or procurement systems. Experience with ServiceTitan and/or Coupa is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in home services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, distribution, or other field service industries.
• Knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, vendor‑managed inventory (VMI), or consignment programs.
