Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking an experienced Regional Process Safety Manager to lead and strengthen Process Safety Management programs across an assigned group of facilities in the Atlanta area. You will serve as a technical expert and partner to Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Safety, and Training teams, ensuring safe, compliant operations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in regulatory/compliance management incl OSHA, EPA, RCRA, Clean Water Act.
• Hands-on experience with OSHA PSM standards.
• Knowledge of EPA Risk Management Plan and OSHA PSM requirements.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical operational solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication and project management skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage PSM and RMP programs across facilities.
• Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Safety, and Training teams to identify hazards, reduce risk, and strengthen process safety practices.
• Plan and lead PSM audits, assessments, and reviews, identifying gaps and driving corrective actions.
• Communicate performance, compliance concerns, deadlines, and recommendations to leadership and partners.
• Develop and maintain health and safety programs, policies, procedures, and management-of-change processes.
• Coach, mentor, and support PSM Coordinators across the organization.
