Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking a Regional Process Safety Manager to lead and strengthen Process Safety Management programs across multiple facilities.

The role requires partnering with operations, maintenance, engineering, safety, and training teams to identify hazards, reduce risk, and ensure regulatory compliance while guiding audits and corrective actions. Travel between facilities is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in Safety Management, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel between facilities as needed.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management Plan (RMP) programs across facilities.
• Partner with operations, maintenance, engineering, safety, and training teams to identify hazards and reduce risk.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DHS, CFATS, and other regulatory requirements.
• Plan and lead PSM audits, assessments, and reviews; identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Communicate PSM/RMP performance and regulatory findings to leadership and external agencies as appropriate.
• Develop and maintain health and safety programs, policies, procedures, and management-of-change processes.
• Deliver training to improve understanding of process safety requirements and reduce incidents.
• Prepare required reports and stay current on evolving regulations and best practices.
• Coach and mentor PSM Coordinators across the organization.
• Influence teams across locations to ensure process safety expectations are understood and implemented.
