Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking a Regional Process Safety Manager to lead PSM and RMP programs across an assigned regional set of facilities in Georgia. The role requires partnering with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Safety, and Training teams to implement robust process safety practices and maintain compliance with OSHA/EPA and other regulatory standards.

You will develop and deliver training, conduct audits, and drive corrective actions while staying current with evolving regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Environmental Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of experience in regulatory or compliance management (OSHA/EPA/RCRA/ Clean Water Act or similar).
• Hands-on experience with OSHA PSM standards and EPA RMP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage PSM and RMP programs across assigned facilities.
• Partner with operations, maintenance, engineering, safety, and training teams to identify hazards and reduce risk.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DHS, CFATS, and other regulatory requirements.
• Plan and lead PSM audits, assessments, and reviews, identifying gaps and driving corrective actions.
• Communicate performance, compliance concerns, and recommendations to leadership and agencies as appropriate.
• Develop and deliver training to improve understanding of process safety requirements.
• Stay current on evolving process safety regulations and best practices.
• Coach and support PSM Coordinators across the organization.
