Qualifications

• Four years of professional experience in pretrial services, legal, court operations, human services, or closely related field, including supervisory or lead work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Criminal Justice, Human Services, Psychology, Sociology or related field.
• Substitute EDUCATION for EXPERIENCE: Associate degree in a related field with six years of experience.
• SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (AGE, LICENSURE, REGULATION, ETC.): NONE

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and adjust staff schedules for coverage and efficiency.
• Coordinate with supervisors and frontline staff to resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Serve as on-call point of contact; provide guidance and timely communication.
• Generate and analyze performance reports on timelines and workload trends; identify gaps.
• Assist in assigning cases based on capacity; monitor caseload balance.
• Monitor processing timelines; flag overdue or at-risk cases; follow up actions.
• Support field staff and supervisors; clarify processes and day-to-day needs.
• Provide input on workflow improvements to boost efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.
