Qualifications

• Associates Degree required or equivalent.
• At least two years' experience in criminal justice, judicial or legal systems.
• Must pass FBI clearance and NCIC certification within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial interview within 24 hours of jail booking and gather arresting documents.
• Review case history and risk scores to determine pretrial release eligibility.
• Recommend pretrial release with supervision or diversion to trial courts.
• Supervise defendants on monitored release and ensure court-ordered program adherence.
• Submit detailed reports and maintain state statistics for pretrial defendants.
• Enter data into the PRIM system and travel statewide for meetings and trainings.
