Responsibilities

• Interview defendants within 24 hours of jail booking and gather arresting documents.
• Review case history and risk scores to determine release eligibility.
• Make pretrial release recommendations to trial courts with supervision or diversion.
• Supervise defendants on monitored release with check-ins and drug testing.
• Submit detailed reports and maintain state statistics for pretrial defendants.
• Enter data into the PRIM system and travel statewide for meetings and trainings.
