Job summary

Qualifications

• At least two years' experience working with or within criminal justice, judicial and/or legal systems.
• Substitution rules allow education or experience in lieu of degree.
• Must pass FBI clearance and NCIC certification within 60 days.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessment of defendants to determine pretrial release eligibility.
• Interview defendants, review case history and risk factors, and collect relevant documentation.
• Generate reports and provide recommendations to trial courts.
• Monitor defendants under supervision and coordinate with community providers.
• Travel statewide to attend meetings and trainings as required.
