Reitman Inc. seeks a Regional President to oversee a large multi-state operating region, combining service, installation, and systems integration capabilities.

The leader will drive growth, standardize performance disciplines, and align leadership across legacy and newly acquired entities. Qualifications

• Executive-level leadership experience in large, multi-state environments.
• Full P&L ownership of a business unit in the $100M–$300M+ range.
• Experience leading through organizational transformation, integration, or rapid scale.
• Strong commercial instincts paired with operational rigor.
• Proven success in matrixed organizations with shared services.
• Experience integrating acquisitions post-close and driving cultural alignment.
• Entrepreneurial leadership style with ability to operate autonomously.

Responsabilités

• Lead full regional P&L operations for a large multi-state business unit.
• Drive profitable growth across service, installation, and related revenue streams.
• Partner with enterprise shared services including finance, HR, IT, sales, and transformation.
• Build cultural alignment across legacy and newly integrated acquisitions.
• Develop regional leadership talent and create accountability at all levels.
• Standardize KPIs, forecasting, and performance management.
• Identify optimization opportunities to scale performance and value.
