Reitman Inc. is seeking a Director of Operations to lead a major operating region in the United States.

This role oversees field operations, service, installation, production/fabrication, warehouse, logistics, and other operational functions, driving safety, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. You will develop leaders, standardize processes, and partner with Sales, Project Management, Finance, and Safety to achieve growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• Experience in Physical Electronic Security or related construction/contracting industries preferred.
• Proven ability to lead managers and frontline teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead division operations and develop managers, supervisors, and frontline leaders.
• Establish expectations, accountability, and consistent operating routines.
• Plan and deploy labor, equipment, materials, and resources effectively.
• Drive KPI and productivity management, including labor, overtime, and backlog conversion.
• Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and profitability objectives.
• Develop manpower plans based on backlog and project schedules.
• Implement standardized processes, SOPs, and system utilization.
