Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC, a vertically-integrated private equity real estate firm, is seeking a Regional Vice President for the Southeast. The role leads regional District Managers, partners with executive leadership to optimize budgets and revenue, and drives occupancy and operational excellence across the U.S.

and Canada footprint. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in operations management, a business or management degree (MBA preferred), and a track record of building high-performance teams

Qualifications

• 8+ years in operations management, preferably retail/self-storage
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Management or related field
• MBA or Master’s degree a plus
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
• Experience developing budgets and business plans
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Analytical, decisive, problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional District Managers and field operations
• Coordinate with home office departments on budgeting and reporting
• Manage controllable expenses to maximize operating income
• Lead recruitment, training, and succession planning across regions
• Partner with COO/EVP on property budgets and operational reviews
• Develop and implement growth and marketing initiatives
• Travel to property sites for oversight and performance checks
• Collaborate with marketing to drive occupancy and revenue growth
