CAMP Facility Services, LLC is seeking a Regional Vice President for Multi-Family Construction in Irvine, CA. You will oversee multiple branch offices, drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency while leading diverse teams and maintaining key client relationships.

The role requires extensive construction experience, leadership in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to travel regionally up to 50% while working on-site as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years multi-family restoration/construction experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a people leader.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management.
• Extensive network of trade level subcontractors across the coverage region.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment; leadership in VC/PE-backed settings preferred.
• Experience communicating and aligning across org levels.
• Knowledge of cost containment and risk management.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel regionally up to 50%.

Responsabilités

• Develop regional strategies to achieve revenue and profit goals; align with corporate objectives.
• Partner with Regional and National Sales for strategic partnerships.
• Monitor day-to-day activities across branches; ensure timelines, budgets, safety, and compliance; drive standardized processes.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and P&L to ensure regional profitability.
• Lead and develop branch managers and project teams; build a high-performance culture.
• Build and maintain strong client, vendor, and stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and proactively address issues.
• Evaluate and mitigate construction-related risks.
