United Surgical Partners International (USPI) in Southeast Florida seeks a Regional President to oversee 20+ ambulatory surgery centers, drive growth, manage operations and financial performance, and build strategic physician partnerships.

You will lead a high-performing team, recruit surgeons, optimize service lines, and champion patient safety and quality across the network, shaping long-term success in the market.

Qualifications

• Experience leading healthcare operations and growth initiatives.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans across multiple facilities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with physicians and leadership partners.
• Proven track record of improving financial performance and operational metrics.
• Proficiency with data analysis, budgeting, and presenting financial results.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: design and execute plans for each facility in the region.
• Driving Growth: expand case volume, partnerships, and new service lines.
• Leadership Development: mentor and develop future leaders within the network.
• Partnership Excellence: manage physician equity and strengthen health-system collaborations.
• Cultural Excellence: promote patient safety, BeSafe, and BeKind initiatives across centers.
