Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health professions, business administration, public administration or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum ten years’ experience in healthcare business development, operations, finance, and consulting.
• Proven success in people management and executive communications.
• Ability to engage C-level partners, physicians, staff and patients.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of operational and financial priorities across centers, including budgeting and EBITDA performance.
• Lead administrators/CEOs to identify barriers and implement improvements.
• Drive case volume growth by enabling surgeon engagement and effective scheduling.
• Engage physicians and governing boards to support strategy and partnerships.
