- Strong understanding of market drivers, risk and customer solutions.
- Experience with Design-Build and ESPC delivery models.
- Executive leadership and matrixed organization management.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership for the region's preconstruction business with accountability for growth, profitability, forecasting, and workforce planning.
- Shape regional strategy and portfolio direction across Energy Services opportunities.
- Translate enterprise priorities into operating plans and measurable outcomes.
- Lead alignment across regional sales and operations to focus on high-value opportunities.
