Qualifications

• Associate degree in healthcare administration or eight years in healthcare management.
• RN may be required for management of some practices per regulations.
• Certificate in Healthcare Management required within two years of employment.
• Minimum eight years’ experience managing multiple healthcare facilities.
• Minimum four years of progressive supervisory leadership in healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and operational guidance to primary care facilities within the region.
• Develop standardized processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and financial targets to drive performance.
• Oversee revenue cycle processes including billing, coding, and collections.
• Recruit, train and supervise administrative and clinical staff; conduct evaluations.
• Collaborate with providers to implement quality improvement initiatives.
