Job summary

Cincinnati Children's is seeking a Senior Network Leader to direct operating and clinical services for a multi-site CHSN network in the United States. The role oversees practice managers, leads patient experience initiatives, and partners with physicians to ensure high-quality care and efficient operations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years in a physician practice or health system, with Epic experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years in a related field, including experience in physician practice, group, or health system with multiple locations.
• Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the Practice Managers and Practice Supervisors that manage the operations of a group of CHSN practices.
• Provides the first level of Network Leadership to an assigned group of CHSN practices.
• Promotes excellent clinical care and an outstanding experience for patients, families, and staff in collaboration with practice leaders and physicians.
• Identifies and facilitates process improvements to improve patient experience, patient flow, or staff satisfaction within practices.
• Facilitates leadership meetings and ensures communications are shared with staff while holding leaders accountable to financial performance expectations.
• Works with leadership to develop and manage operating and capital budgets within the Revenue Cycle.
• Supports onboarding of new practices to the CHSN network and assists with billing and revenue cycle needs.
