Job summary

The ideal candidate has an associate degree (bachelors preferred) and experience managing a physician practice or in a leadership capacity, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience with scheduling, registration, and EMR systems.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and analyze problems.

Responsibilities

  • Directs operations for one or more pediatric practices to ensure efficient care and services.
  • Hire, train, and evaluate staff; promote team problem solving and goal setting.
  • Oversee revenue cycle processes, budgeting, and invoicing; manage supply chain and inventory.
  • Coordinate provider onboarding and integration activities; liaise with hospital departments.
