Job summary

HexArmor is seeking a Regional Category Specialist to drive growth and adoption of its Above The Neck PPE products across East, Gulf, and Midwest regions. You will partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to expand category presence and support new product introductions.

The role requires deep PPE knowledge, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to influence without direct authority across distributors, sales teams, and end users. Remote work with travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in PPE, industrial safety, category management, product management, or technical sales.
• Strong understanding of distributor-based sales models.
• Experience supporting product launches, trials, or category growth initiatives.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the regional subject matter expert for ATN PPE products (head/eye/ear protection).
• Drive category growth strategies aligned with regional and product roadmaps.
• Capture competitive insights, usage trends, and unmet needs from the region.
• Support launches, pilots, and post-launch adoption with Product Management and Category Management.
• Provide pre- and post-sale technical and application support to customers.
