Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a Regional Long-Term Care Account Executive to drive new business in assisted living, skilled nursing, and continuing care retirement communities. You will build relationships with facility administrators, lead sales planning, and expand service lines to achieve growth targets across Richmond, VA and surrounding markets.

The role requires 5 years in post-acute healthcare sales, strong communication, CRM proficiency, and travel readiness.

Qualifications

• 5 years of outside business development/sales in the post-acute healthcare industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel daily, with less than 25% overnight travel.
• Track record of meeting sales goals and retaining existing business.
• Proficient in Windows 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop an in-depth understanding of Eventus' integrated care model and its impact on facilities.
• Create and execute a strategic sales plan to meet/exceed targets.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with existing facilities and upsell opportunities.
• Demonstrate expertise in the long-term care industry and facility dynamics.
• Maintain and document a robust sales pipeline in the CRM and prepare regular performance updates.
• Secure service agreements and onboard facilities for service initiation.
